Locate an agency
Find a MoneyGram branch near you.

To receive your transfer
Ask the sender the reference number of the 8-digit transaction. It is printed on the receipt and included in the confirmation email for transfers made online.
ID: You will need a valid official ID with photograph (eg passport or driver's license), if applicable you will also need to provide proof of address.

Fill out a reception form
Give the agent a completed form with the 8-digit reference number and your official ID, and withdraw your money.
